Raasay House with its outdoor centre, Dolphin café/bar, restaurant, shop, accommodation and visitor centre, was established first, in 1984, as Raasay Outdoor Centre.
The Outdoor Centre is now a well-established outdoor activity, holiday and skills training centre offering instruction in a wide range of pursuits and fun activities. 
The location is spectacular, there are perfect places to Sail, Windsurf, and Kayak.
Sea cliffs, gorges and rocky outcrops for climbing, abseiling and bouldering, forests, high moor land, coastal tracks and beaches for adventures expeditions and barbecues and the house grounds and woodlands for fun activities, archery and orienteering. All with expert instruction and supervision.
Specially designed courses and holidays to suit the needs of every member of the family or group. Offering tailor made courses for individuals and unaccompanied children. The experienced and professional staff provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Raasay House offers comfortable accommodation in double, twin and family rooms as well as bunkrooms. We have plenty of space with wood burning fires for relaxing and plenty of play areas for children.
Raasay House is situated in extensive grounds providing a safe environment for children to roam, play and explore. There are beautiful walks close to the house, to the beaches and along the shoreline and in the woodlands behind the House.
