Raasay Music Group
is a community instrumental ensemble that meets weekly on a Tuesday evening between September and April in Raasay Primary School.
Its membership covers a wide age range - 8 to senior citizen and a selection of instruments including fiddle, cello, guitar, keyboard and percussion.

The group was formed in January 2001 and has since given several concerts on Raasay and has entertained the Skye "Tuesdays" - ladies luncheon club.
Ceòl-na-Mara Music School
Instrumental tuition is offered in cello, violin, piano and recorder. Theory of music is also taught
Rosemary Bungard, who runs the school, is a graduate with many years teaching experience both in the classroom and in private tuition. She is registered with the General Teaching Council of Scotland. Pupils are taken from an early age right through to adulthood.
